2026 HOA Annual Dues

The 2026 annual Bel Pre Estates HOA dues are determined by the budget adopted by the Board of Directors. The annual dues are 1/18th of the total expenses shown in the operating budget.

As approved by the Board of Directors, the 2026 Annual Dues for the HOA is $650.00. If you choose to pay by check, make the check payable to: "Bel Pre Estates HOA" and bring or mail it to Treasurer Rocky Lopes, 14416 Big Bear Court, Silver Spring, MD 20906.

New for 2026, you may pay dues with a credit or debit card. The HOA enabled electronic payments via Stripe, a secure payment processing system owned and operated by Visa (the credit card company.) Note: the Stripe system charges a processing fee, so that fee ($20.00) has been added to the total ($670.00) if you choose to pay with a card. We budget very closely and do not have the capacity to absorb processing fees.

Even though Stripe is owned by Visa, you can pay with any major credit or debit card on the Visa, Mastercard, or American Express networks. Please be assured that the HOA will not see or receive your credit card details.
