The Bel Pre Estates Homeowners Association serves the owners of homes in the Bel Pre Estates subdivision on the 14300 to 14400 blocks of Big Bear Court and 2700 block of Big Bear Terrace in the Aspen Hill Area of Silver Spring, Montgomery County, Maryland. We are a small, self-managed HOA.

We do not have, need, or want a management company. We have no amenities such as a pool, tot lot, community building, or private sidewalks or road. Services for street and sidewalk repair, trash collection, and snow plowing are provided by Montgomery County. Thus there is no need for private companies offering services to contact us.

We are not related to Bel Pre Farms, Bel Pre Civic Association, or any other HOA or condo association with the name "Bel Pre" in it.
